For the sponge cake
- 1 egg
- A pinch of salt
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 180 g sugar
- 5 tbsp cold water
- 200 g flour
- ½ packet baking powder
For the cream
- 250 g Zdenka Fresh Cheese (for cooking and baking)
- 1 pack Zdenka Original Cream Cheese Spread
- 150 g sour cream
- 2–3 tbsp rum
- 300 g heavy cream
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
